Convenient and very nice! This is my first dry herb vape, and it definitely gets the job done with clean hits, not to mention the cheap price compared to others. Dry herb vapes can vary greatly in price, but I doubt I'll be getting any other anytime soon. It also came with a cool little grinder. In my opinion, it's a little better to hit if you grind the flower first instead of picking it apart. I'm also in love with the cool but casual design.
Arrived faster than expected and works amazing for the money. Doesn’t make me cough like smoking does and the flavour is much better. Would recommend especially if you like cbdbro!
iT lets me try strains. Nice consistent hits. Small and compact. Helps reduce smell. I dig it.
Greta device to have whenever you feel Luke giving your lungs a break lol. Have had mine for a bit over 4 months now and still works like new. Comes with an included cleaning kit but I haven’t cleaned it once, but well haven’t seen a need.
Great vaporiser for the money. Have had mine for over a year now and still works as it dis when i got it. Battery lasts quite a while so it’s perfect for trips, hikes etc.
Its my first Vaporizer so i dont know alot. It works great usually, however there is a problem with the power button as it gets loose quite easily and moves around. That makes shutting it down hard too as for some reason holding down the power button just doesnt work. Nonetheless a decent product.
Thank you so much for the feedback! We’re really happy to hear you’re enjoying it and that you’ve had such a positive experience with our customer service. We truly appreciate your support and recommendation!
I really like this product the only thing I would say is if there’s a way to just cool the air down because if feels hot when you breathe it in where as some other smoking optionswhen you breathe it in it’s like the same temp as normal air, if that makes sense. Other than that its a very good product!
Best bang for buck vaporizer. Great battery life and hits are really quite smooth considering the price.
I previously left a review about the support team that was led by a misunderstanding which was cleared up as soon as they were available to do so. My product seems to have been lost in the shipping process to which the team was very helpful in resolving the problem which I appreciate greatly. I Will be returning to update this review again about the quality when I receive the replacement I was offered almost as soon as they realized the problem. Overall the support team caused my opinion to do a complet 180 when I was able to get in contact and it is great to find a team who cares so deeply about the image in the company and the customer satisfaction.
Hey,
You reached out Friday night and we followed up Monday morning. While we do operate on weekends, it’s mainly for urgent (SOS-type) situations. Since your order was already in transit, we expected it might resolve itself by Monday — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Because of that, we offered either a partial refund with a reshipment, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Occasionally, non-US/EU shipments can experience delays due to more complex logistics, but in situations like this, we always make it right with either a replacement and partial refund or a full refund.
Appreciate your patience 🙏
Durable good dense clouds. Would highly recommend.
I been waiting since Feb 22nd and i haven't got it yet.
Hey,
Your order did take 2 days longer to deliver than expected and we truly are sorry about that.
But 2 days after you wrote this review you received your brocloud. If you would have written our great support team we could have handled this situation better, maybe even compensating you for the delay.
Sorry again
Great! Works well, keep up the good work
the vaporizer is as good as the channel. Perfect.
Just got mine and love it so far. Battery life is very good and just overall an amazing product. I recommend if you wanna a solid alternative to smoking. 10/10
Never got it
We sent a replacement immediately and also offered a full refund. Over the following five days, we reached out multiple times (8 emails total), but did not receive a response. A dispute was then opened, after which communication stopped on the customer’s side.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the very small percentage of cases where a local carrier misplaces a package. In these situations, we act quickly by offering either a replacement or a full refund.
The dispute has since been resolved and the customer has received a full refund.
Pretty fire, discreet, very valuable tool for any stoner to have. the temperature settings really allow you to customize what type of sesh you want to have with low temps that really bring out the flavor and terpenes of your bud to higher temps maximizing the potency of it. I will say, keep your chamber clean, the flavor starts to get less distinguish the dirtier you let the chamber get. It will also make whatever room you leave it in smell very loud if you neglect to clean it. Overall very happy with my purchase, great to see a youtuber come out with a high quality product to support their brand.
Greatly appreciate your support and the review! Happy to hear you've been enjoying your Brocloud.
